Boa c. imperator Ecuador information |information on Ecuador Boa constrictor imperator | true Ecuador boa constrictor | purebred Ecuador Boa c. imperator | Boa imperator Ecuador | Ecuador common boas | size of Ecuador boas | length of Ecuador boas
The Boa c. imperator from Ecuador do not belong to the large boas. We assume that females reach at the most 6 ft in length. The Ecuador boas have a very interesting saddle pattern that is slightly different from those of the imperators from other distribution areas.
As a rule, the Ecuador boa constrictor have a very calm temper.
The coloration of these animals is also very interesting. Some of them show an olive primary color and (similar to the "firebellies") a shining red belly.
The Ecuador common boas are primarily bred in Germany. Over here they are common in captive housing. In other countries these boas are a scarcity in the terrariums.
